This puts it on the cart. The bottle sits in its own bracket within arm's reach, the base unscrews for a refill, and you top it up on the way past instead of making a special trip.

White bottle, black bracket, fits any cart. Bolts aren't included, because the right length depends on where you decide to mount it.
