Shipping Information
Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery across Australia takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote and some regional areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. We aim to offer fair, competitive rates.
Order Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive email updates and can check progress at any time.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are central to how we keep prices low and support local golf clubs.
Delivery Timelines: Pre-orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at our Australian warehouse. Standard delivery applies from there.
Why Pre-Order? Longer freight windows reduce costs, letting us pass savings on to you and invest back into the community.
Need It Faster? We can request air freight if needed and provide a quote before proceeding.
Ordering Cycle: We place international orders every 3 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on where your order lands in the cycle.
Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind: Accepted within 14 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable; refunds apply to item value only.
Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Excluded Products: Occasionally, some sale or promotional items may be marked non-refundable. This will be stated clearly on the product page.
Return Process:
1. Email us at ben.florence@greenhorizons.com.au with your order number and reason.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
