Social Media Data Deletion

To request deletion of personal information held by Green Horizons Golf through our GH-Hermes Instagram or Facebook integration, email ben.florence@greenhorizons.com.au with the subject Social media data deletion request.

Include your Instagram or Facebook username and enough detail to identify the relevant interaction. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request.

We may ask you to verify that you control the relevant account. We will review your request and delete information we no longer need, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. We will explain any information we must retain.

This request applies to information held by Green Horizons Golf. It does not delete your Instagram or Facebook account, or information held independently by Meta
